Twenty-five participants from Austria, Germany, Hungary, Serbia and from across Croatia successfully and with dedication mastered the diverse aspects of the programme. They were wholeheartedly assisted in mastering the many techniques required for the fabrication of Croatian folk costumes, weaving, embroidery and decoration, the fabrication of traditional jewellery and headgear, lace by twelve experts.
The 12th Croatian Ethno Treasury / Folk Costume Workshop event was staged at the School of Stone Carving in Pučišće on the island of Brač from July 18th to 27th. The event was organised by the Croatian Heritage Foundation and the Folk Costume Loan and Workshop of Zagreb.

Divided by level of proficiency the participants learned basic and advanced techniques, accompanied by lectures on theory.
The Croatian Ethno Treasury wrapped up on Sunday, July 27th in the afternoon with a traditional exhibition of works at the showcase exhibition space of the School of Stone Carving in Pučišće. The participants and their teachers demonstrated embroidery, weaving and lacework for the visitors: locals from Pučišće and their guests.
