This year’s fifth issue of Matica magazine was released in mid May, as usually featuring many fascinating articles from the homeland and around the world. The cover photo is of the gajeta falkuša—a wooden fishing boat once used in Komiža from the feature article with professor Joško Božanić, an expert on the maritime and linguistic heritage of the island of Vis.
