Academy educated painter Ivana Jovanović Trostmann opened her Angels exhibition at the Ivan Pavao II Hall on the 17th of December. With this exhibition the artist aims to bring Dubrovnik viewers into the third Sunday of Advent through her particular artistic expression. The exhibition is dedicated to angels and to the Blessed Virgin Mary, patron saint of Croatian Roman Catholics.

On hand to offer a spiritual message was the priest Marin Lučić. He spoke of the good news the archangel Gabriel shared with Mary. The exhibition was officially opened by Katja Bakija who noted that the primeval joy of creation was always readily evident in the work of Ivana Jovanović Trostmann.
