And so, before five days, another Eco Heritage Task Force has finished… the squad which remained on the „after-party“ in Zagreb has went away, and after of more than twenty days together, we’ve all departed to our homes… We would say, Task force has (un)officially ended…
But…
Is that a true fact? Are we thinking „too commercially“?
Task Force never ends according to some official dates inserted in some plans… It’s being continued, in his own „invisible and impalpable“ form. It’s not only work on the field, taking photos for Facebook, workshops, thematic parties… Task Force is also hanging out, meeting new people, creating new relationships and deep friendships, and some of them even end in a marriage. People chat, meet in cities, visit each other… And all of that is being under the magic wand of one project, one volunteering action, one melting of Croatian emigrants and their friends on one place…
That’s Task Force! Our every together meeting, coffees, visits, summers… It’s not only ink written on paper, giving out thanks cards and taking pictures for newspapers… It’s a gathering of Croatian glow and lovers of Croatia from all over the world, which gives an ordinary man a sight in different cultures and styles of life, and builds him a new experience and perceptions of the world… And so Task Force has melted in our hearts, and it never stops, until that love and connection remain.
