We invite you to participate in the Film Workshop organized by the Croatian Heritage Foundation, in cooperation with the Centre for Culture Orašje, which will take place from 21 August 2025 (arrival) to 28 August 2025 (departure) in Orašje (Bosnia and Herzegovina).
The Days of Croatian Film “Ivo Gregurević” are held every year in Orašje, in honour of one of Croatia’s most celebrated actors, Ivo Gregurević. This event gathers film enthusiasts from Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and the Croatian diaspora, providing a platform to promote Croatian cinematography and cultural heritage.
PROGRAMME: The film workshop begins with the festival’s opening ceremony and aims to introduce young future filmmakers to the filmmaking process — from developing an idea and preparing a screenplay, through writing and formatting a screenplay, casting, role division, directing, working with actors, staging scenes, all the way to final editing and mastering the material for public screening.
ACCOMMODATION: Participants will be accommodated at the Villa Aroma Motel in Orašje (Bosnia and Herzegovina). Accommodation and meals are covered by the organizers. The workshop will be held at the premises of the Sports Hall of the School Centre Fra Martin Nedić in Orašje.
NOTES:
- Only persons aged 18 and over may apply.
- The number of participants is limited (10).
- Participants must organize and cover the cost of their travel to Orašje themselves, while local transfers in Orašje are covered by the organizers.
