December Issue of Matica Magazine Available

This issue presents a report on the degenia, a plant endemic to the Velebit mountain range in Croatia, and wraps up our long-standing columns section in its current form. The upcoming double issue will introduce our new columns.

The December issue of Matica magazine is dedicated to the Croatian capital of Zagreb, Christmas and the New Year. The CHF has wrapped up its first Toys at Heart multimedia project. The project was very well received among the Croatian communities around the world. Also in this issue read all about a number of anniversaries, including the birth of Marija Jurić Zagorka, the first Croatian female journalist, the founding of the Croatian Association of Artists (HDLU) and of the Croatian Conservation Institute (HRZ). This issue presents a report on the degenia, a plant endemic to the Velebit mountain range in Croatia, and wraps up our long-standing columns section in its current form. The upcoming double issue in the New Year will introduce our new columns.
